Budget Tracker is a private, single-user personal finance application. It is operated by and for its sole owner. It is not offered as a service to any other person, and no accounts other than the owner's own bank accounts are accessed.
The application uses the Enable Banking API to retrieve account information under PSD2. Access occurs only after the owner authenticates directly with their bank and grants explicit consent. The application performs account information retrieval only; it does not initiate payments.
